The Apostates - A group of gangers who shave their heads and tattoo the
"A" onto their foreheads to grant them psychic powers. The truth is
their being duped and don't know it. An Apostate has promised to teach
anyone who joins the gang to be Sykers if they get the tat and shave
their domes. His "proof" is in his powers "The Gift" and his personal
variant on Meat Puppet. It's Hive Mind: It allows him to connect all
the gangs brains together and act as a single unit, making them very,
very dangerous. He hides among his ranks to make it harder for avenging
Sykers to find him and he's constantly on the lookout for Greenies as
to show proof of his promises. This gang has a penchant for
motorcycles. The Apostates make the borderlands between Iowa and
Minnesota their home.

The Swarm - Led by an extremely powerful Toxic Shaman, this group seems
to only gain mutations of the insect-kind. Their leader is an Insect
Shaman who looks like a norm. His one distinguishing feature is his
massive tattoo of a centipede going up one arm, across his back and
down the other. The gang will accept any willing to join but those who
do only gain mutations that are insectoid. Even previous mutations tend
to change to conform to this. They call the entire south west their
stomping ground.

The Eagles - These guys are a biker gang from before the war that grew
exponentially after the bomb. It consists of primarily veterans who go
around helping locals the best they can. They still act like your old
fashioned biker gang (rowdy and rude) but compared to the new road
gangs, these guys are angels. They patrol southern Missouri and
surrounding areas.

Unnamed Anti-Templar Gang - This is a group started by one of my
posses. The Anti-Templar has attempted to teach a rather large group of
people (survivors of a destroyed survivor settlement) his own personal
take on things and has avoided teaching the dark parts of
Anti-Templarism, and quelled it's rising so far. They operate primarily
around the edges of Combine territory, giving Throckmorton as much
grief as possible.
