Real ballistics is VERY complicated.  It takes a long time to work out all 
the info, and simple variables like humidity and barometric pressure can 
change them.  In the end the dammage from a .45 ACP and a 9mm Para are very 
close, and a .44 Rem Mag is much higher.

I started playing C of C in the early 80s, while training in 
ballistics.  It was wrong then, and it is wrong now.  But, it is a game... 
DO NOT GO CRAZY OVER THE DETAILS!  It isn't fun for you or your group.  It 
is a game, have fun with "reasonable," don't enforce "real."
