Hey Nick, i think i have the exact opposite problem..
I had one player with really low stats, and everyone
else had stats like Carries... Its scary
sometimes..cause i watch all draws...One question for
you?  Is it by chance, the White Deck from the "True
Poker Decks" but out by PEG?  Cause my group ALWAYS
draws awesome from that deck..the one Character with
the low stats, drew from my black deck...go figure
