[HOE] HI weapons

I know you all want me to take all LC questions to the
LC listserv, but I didn't get a single response there,
so I thought I might have a little more luck round'
these parts.

My question is as follows;

In the LC book, it says that HI weapons no longer have
AP 2. Is this a typo or did you remove it on purpose?
In case it has been done on purpose, I would like to
know why? Just out of curiosity...

I need to be able to justify the new rules, as I like
the idea of HI weapons kickin' ass......
