One of my players ran HoE for awhile (I had a rare chance to play) - he 
had a pair of twin Doombringers as villains.  He gave them  each a 
Doomblade made of material from Minneapolis and St. Paul.  The blades 
were thus "twins" as well (many folks lived in Minnealoplis, worked in 
St. Paul, and visa versa, in life - a connection was formed), and they 
gave their wielders several nifty perks in addition to those normally 
granted by "conventional" doomblades, the greatest of which was 
"sharing" damage.  Based on your decription, "Minnie" would be perfect 
for Zack, while "Paul" seems right up William's alley.  The specs on 
them are still over at the  Shelter under Relics in the Gear section
