I'd allow that -- the TN's for the Reward follow the TN's for mundane
healing, right? And a medic would have had a TN 3 to stop wind loss, so
I'd give the Templar the same thing.

And the other character is still in a world of hurt, so it doesn't seem
like that is unbalancing at all.

Although perhaps I'm remembering things completely wrong and you should
ignore me.
