Just so you all know, this means that if you make a deal with WotC for a
piece of your DL work, you can't actually sell it if WotC says they want
exclusive rights to it (witch is very common). Why? It doesn't belong to
you, it belongs to you and DRC and you can never ever ever ever tell DLC to
remove it. Ever! It is, after all, DRC Property. They can even sell it
to e-content providers without giving you a penny.
Yes, you can send an e-mail to delete the article at any time, but they
have no legal obligation to do so... EVER!
This kind of double-dealing legalese is why the Gaming Industry is now
controlled primarily by multinationals like Hasbro, and why so many great
games are no longer around. RuneQuest is an example of such a situation.
Be smart, DO NOT COOPERATE WITH THESE FLEAS! I would have said leaches...
but leaches had a valid medical use.
