[HOE] Real Estate in Junkyard

Well, my posse is apparently going to be leaving Junkyard under 
less-than-great circumstances. They've managed to make an enemy 
(although minor) of Judge Tolliver. Admittedly, all they did was act 
pretty rude to him, but I figure he isn't going to take attitude from a 
posse, even if they are heros-of-the-day. He's been keeping Junkyard 
safe and sound for years, after all.

Anyway, I'm going to bring a lot of that up in another message, but one 
specific issue is that they want to sell the free year leases they got 
for helping the judge in Urban Renewal. Any idea how much these would 
be worth?

They've got three two bedroom apartments, with utils, pre-paid for a 
year... But I don't know how much this is worth.

I figure there's a few options. I could say that the lease is in Judge 
Tolliver's name, after all, so he has to sign off on any sale, but...

Any suggestions? I figure the apartments have some value, but they'll 
get very little... After all, they want to sell quick! So, barring any 
other suggestions, I may just figure up 12 x the cost of water and 
electric service, which is still a tidy sum.
