   Thanks for the compliment.  As to sending it for
the Epitaph as far as I know, Pinnacle has the rights
to it, so if they wanted to publish it, they could.
   As a side note I had been working on an article for
the creations of relics for both the weird and wasted
west before the last hardrive crash/megawhoops took it
out.  I might someday re-write the article and post
it, if there is enough interest in such a thing.
