My take or what I typically use.
"Sire," "Sir," or "My Liege" are most commonly used, whether its proper or
not.  I can't seem to call him Grand Master.

 Is this Pre or post-Boise Horror?  There is a difference.  Simon would
frown heavily on such "cancer" being introduced to the Templars.  Jo on the
other hand...  I hope I haven't ruined anything.
