  You're giving a big chip to a Templar for giving a Road Gang Piece of Scum a
Second chance!!!???

   Maybe for a Law Dog, but to Templars, there are two kinds of folks, Good
Folks, and Scum.  And there's only one thing to do with scum, and that's scrape
them off the road with a spatula.  And if they're walking and talking, you hit
them with heavy objects until they are at a consistancy at which you may scrape
them off the road with a spatula.  

    Second chance, HAH!  If it were my templar, I'd have a saint or two be a
little mad at him (maybe not Jenny Hise), and word would get around.  what's
