Woot! I jump at the chance to do junker stuff!

Alright, electric guitar it is:

Basic guitar
Frame 3
Commo Signal type: Sound, range: direct link, Drain: .25/hr
Sensor Basic pickup, range: 1 yard(only about three inches is actually
needed though), Drain: 1.05/hr
Extras: Data/Power jack, volume dial, balance dial, tone dial
Drain: 1.3/hr
Available slots: 19.7

There's a basic guitar. Now it doesn't do much without an amp and powr
source. For that, look below. Also, you will need a spirit cable to
connect amp to guitar. This one cable should both power the device and
transfer data. The jack I included is a combination of the two, four
slots altogether. If this is too munchikiny for some I suggest making
them separate wires that coil together and are in one wire sheath.

Amp
Frame 5 (you need a decent size amp, man)
Commo: signal type: sound, range: direct link, output: quadraphonic
sound speakers, Drain: 2.25/hr
Extras:Data/Power jack, master volume dial, gain dial, bass dial,
treble dial, midrange dial, carrying handle, second power jack
Drain: 2.25/hr
Available slots:59.75

Now that amp can be shrunk down a whole lot. Junkertech works by
different rules so your musician doesn't have to lug around a big box
for his sound to reverberate inside. So with that knowledge, you could
shrink down the above amp to a Frame 3 without problem and you would
still have 4.75 slots left over. Now, both of these devices are
assuming you have an outside power source as amps and guitars do. This
works fine, however good junkertech has it's own individual power
source, so let's build that in.
Take the above amp and add in a power pack. How large? it's up to you.
To fit into the frame3 amp we'll go with a 60-point power pack,
assuming you cut out the second powerjack for external power. For both
guitar and amp that's 16 hours of rockin' with a few minutes to spare.
I don't know about you but I can't rock for 11 hours straight, but I'm
also out of practice. Here's the updated amp:

Amp
Frame 5 (you need a decent size amp, man)
Commo: signal type: sound, range: direct link, output: quadraphonic
sound speakers, Drain: 2.25/hr
Extras:Data/Power jack, master volume dial, gain dial, bass dial,
treble dial, midrange dial, carrying handle, 60-pt powerpack
Drain: 2.25/hr
Available slots:55.75

or

tiny amp
frame 3
Commo: signal type: sound, range: direct link, output: quadraphonic
sound speakers, Drain: 2.25/hr
Extras:Data/Power jack, master volume dial, gain dial, bass dial,
treble dial, midrange dial, carrying handle, 60-pt powerpack
Drain: 2.25/hr
available slots:.75

Them's the basics. I'll be back in a few minutes with some variants on
the above.

Jim
