[HOE] Lost Children- ABs as kids? [TELLER]

Suppose that some of the posse members are arcane types. When they become
children, do they still have full use of their powers? What, if any, sort of
penalties should be imposed on them? For instance, can a Syker kid work his
mojo just like he could before (and when he reverts to kid status, does he
have all his hair back)? For a kid Templar, obviously he can't wield his
sword like he can as an adult, so how much is it going to impede him? I plan
on running this tomorrow night, so whatever help you could give would be
most appreciated.
