ok. it is v and not u, i was tired when i wrote the note, but i can't find
it on microsoft's site to download it.

i typed it in the search and got back 98 results on it, none of them were
the download for it. some even repeated themselves.

i'm running windows 98 B.

I think that's msvbvm60.dll (V, not U), and you should be able to download
it from Microsoft's site. What version of Windows are you running? 98 and
later should have come with it.
