Personally, a witch sourcebook would be of no interest to me.  I've always
considered them an extraneous arcane background, and I've never really been
inclined to see any additional information presented on them.  If additional
material WERE written, it would have to be exceptionally high-quality to
pique my interest.

It should also be noted that I also dislike arcane Librarians, Hekants, and
view toxic shaman with some suspicion.  In general, I prefer to keep arcane
background choices limited to the four in the main rulebook (along with
harrowed and/or cyborgs).
