Not to prolong the argument but i was thinking that if the Tech spirits are
able to go across the web, would there be something that would block them
from knowing about Banshee and the Mutes?  After all, they have their own
little branch in the Hunting Grounds.  I know in LC it says that most of the
AB's can be used with little or no penalty (I know some aren't allowed.)
But of course this changes the subject a bit...
Would LC have their OWN form of AB's based on HOE AB's?  in other words,
would Templars, Librarians, and Junkers (those needing other spirits and
using Martyr's as spirits in terms) have the same rules and regulations if
they weren't known about on LC.  I know that Junkers on LC would probably
have told Junkers on HOE (and vice versa) if the WEB stretched across that
part of the HG.  I know its a jumble but a LC templar running across a HOE
templar would probably a funny conversation if they aren't 100% with the
same rules and Martyrs.  But I digress.
