It actually does. R specifically states it is only
applied to bs, meaning the final outcome using your
numbers, 3 slots, 2 drain
I'm going to go with
((bs * R) + r) * p= 2.25 slots, 1.5 Drain
because R is specific to bs and p seems to be over
all. I quote,
"Passive sensors are cheaper and easier to use than
active ones. The slots and Drain discussed in this
power are for active sensors. Passive sensors use -25%
fewer slots and -50% less Drain."
So This suggests applying these modifiers last. How
does this sound to everyone else?
