I assumed he was just asking if the weapons came with a clip, not the ammo 
that goes with them.

Actually I have found that clips are one of thsoe things players always seem 
to forget. Sure they buy a automatic pistols and a whole bunch of ammmo, but 
its funny to see the look on there faces when they need to reload and you 
tell them how long it takes to load a clip, 1 bullet at a time.
