Dice Question for you. Say a character is maxing a skill check and due 
to high attributes is rolling 4d12+4.... and rolls 8, 10, 4, 12... 
reroll ace for another 12 (lucky brainer), and then a 6.... is the total

12+12+6+4= 34 or 16+16+10=42?
