That's because there isn't one.  Not really.

There was an unofficial prequel of sorts called Wasteland, or it would be
more fair to say that Fallout and Fallout 2 were unofficial sequels of
Wasteland.  Then there's Fallout Tactics, which takes place in the same
universe but in a different location (the midwest, I believe).  It focuses
on group tactical combat rather than the typical "wander all over the place
to find item X that your vault/tribe needs" formula.
