Dude, that would be soo cool.  I haven't done so, but the idea is
incredibly tempting. You could use syker stuff but warp it around the
sisterhood.  The "worm" juice could be some irradiated liquid that awakens
syker powers ( or go the route of a mutant and use the mental powers
mutants can get in City of Sin).
