[HOE] Elvis in the Dessert


      I already put my nomadic tribe of wandering Kings in HoE.  They're a
raider band in the dessert outside of Lost Vegas.  They're rough, tough,
pompadours, and, in the words of their leader

     "Lordy baby, were here to get our town back, uh huh."

     And the party will first hear of them from legends of "Elves" striking
Doomsayer bands.
