[HOE] Hand Grenades

When I'm not playing HOE, I'm an Army Major.

Here is the literal textbook answer of the blast radius of modern day
grenades (taken from Field Manual 3-23.30, Chapter 1):

Framentation Grenade Capabilities. The average soldier can throw the M67
grenade 35 meters effectively. The effective casualty-producing radius is 15
meters and the killing radius is 5 meters.
