[HOE] New Website: The Librarian Archives

Heya,

As mentioned, I'm starting work on a new HoE website called "The Librarian
Archives".  The main part of it is an online interactive atlas that allows
you to browse around the world of Hell on Earth.  I have the basic framework
done as follows:

Check out "Hell's Atlas" and let me know if you have any problem with image
loading, detail, etc.  I'm going to be using that as the main imagemap for
the rest of the atlas, so I'd like to be sure that people can download it
easily before I continue with the inside maps.

I'll be dividing the map into the following areas:
- The Great Maze
- The Great Northwest
- Great Basin
- High Plains
- The Wild Southwest
- The Mississippi Delta
- Back East
- Mexico
- Canada

Each section will have the following contain:
- Section Map
- Section Description
- City Maps
- References for Deadlands: Hoe books
- Librarian Almanacs (for those who wish to provide them)

So... let me know what you think of the basic map and if there's anything
else (within reason) you'd like to see on the Hell's Atlas page or other
sections of The Librarian Archives.
