Nah, Ghost Rock would be found in parts of Poland & the Eastern Bloc; the
only area now inhabitable because 90% of Europe is a Ghost Rock Bomb
Deadland.  The Vatican probably wouldn't have survived (Rome being hit), but
maybe it had a 'spiritual shield' that kept out the bad stuff.  Raven has
made his undead army over here too, so most folks are probably hanging out
in the mountains, Wales, or the worst parts of Russia (where no folks
lived).
