As for the previous messages...

While I don't particularly like Allan Seyberth (I often find him to be
abrasive and disagreeable,)  I do agree with him in this matter.  It's
obvious to me that you have never fired a weapon of any sort, particularly
in combat (or simulated combat) conditions.  I've never actually fired a
standard firearm, but I've done a considerable amount of shooting with air
rifles and pistols, as well as paintball markers.  Everything he says about
accuracy is true, even though the weapons don't behave exactly the same way.
The fact of the matter is that you are making assumptions that are
completely unrealistic.  You are not taking weapon recoil, wind drift, etc
into account.
