I think the rules from Deadlands d20 are reiterated in
Way o the Huckster, but I don't have my book on hand
to double check. If it's a yes, I would imagine you
could with little difficulty, the system is pretty
much the same for hucksters as it is for Doomsayers
and Sykers.
