I think though, he would be a level 3.  A level 5 wouldn't even draw his gun
to use it.  A level 3 would because he knows how to use it and not just to
cause misery.  Based on the anime, he did seem to have a few violent
episodes that a lev 5 wouldn't.  Note the opporative word in the description
of a level 5:  Under any circumstances.  That's probably more black & white
than most would like to admit.  However, you can be level 3 pacifist then
have Grim Servant O Death.  That would equal things up.

On another topic, what would the belongin's be for that nifty Cross that
Wolfwood was wielding?  about a 7?
