Archangel

He was an operation Damocles Special Forces sniper. 
He was assigned to the unit one of my players we in
and woke up first... sealed in his cryo tube and
unable to get out.  Well that gave a Manitou a chance
to jump in and take over, followed by developing his
ghost power to get out of his tube.  So when the group
breaks into this bunker to loot the other character
wakes up (and saves one of the party members from
getting raped by the unsavory NPC looters they were
working with).

Flash outside, wormlings over run everyone except for
the templar (who did one hell of a job trying to save
people and dropped 3 wormlings in less than a round
and a half).  Downstairs everyone is trying to find
out why this one tube is empty and all his stuff is
gone (as well as a few choice other items from other
peoples gear) when the templar comes running down the
escape hatch that they entered the compound by with
the wormlings in hot pursuit.  It was a run and gun
out of the compound with no time to grab any real good
stuff

Later they find out (after many game hours of "What
the hell happened to the tube and how did he get out")
that someone has been picking off the hunters for some
of the settlements.  There has been a big area that no
one goes into now, as it is his "play ground".  When
no one able to hunt or is brave enough to come get him
he moves on to another area.  

Slowly but surely he is becoming a servitor for famine
and the party cannot allow that.  They talk to some
people and find out the some guy in a military get up
(and matching the description of the missing Cryo tube
guy) came thru this area a few months back it all
falls into place.  They drive out to get him and it
becomes a cat and mouse game trying to find this guy
(first thing he did was shoot out 2 of there tires so
they had to come find him on foot thru the hills).  

They would wake up in the morning with there ammo laid
out in rows from one of there magazines or in a letter
(once he even said "HI") He would use the nightmare
power to mess with them and really drive up there fear
and get them so pissed that they have no choice but to
go after him.  There was no end the torment he put
them thru but finally they were able to get a good
view of him and put him on the run (they had before
but it had ended badly for the group as he had them
wander into a Wendago camp).  

Everyone of the group was willing to press on at all
costs by this time and was able to catch up with him
in his lair after they wounded him rather badly. 
There they found a small fortune in gear he has
collected over the last year (some Junker goodies,
military equipment, odds and ends as well as personal
effects of some of the people he has killed, a pile of
human skins stretched out like rugs, and a fresh body
from his newest kill that he only wounded and was
torturing).  

Knowing that they could not get out of the area
lugging all this stuff and the guy would only come
back for it later and that would leave him with more
goodies to hunt them with (not to mention how slow
they would move carrying all that shit around the
hills trying to find there way back).  They each
topped themselves off on ammo that they needed (Junker
got some battery power), grabbed some fix-a-flat and 2
tires for there jeep, then dropped a bunch of the demo
charges he had there among the gear and the outside of
the entrance and set it for 10 seconds.  Hit the
button, ran like hell.

They were never sure if they killed him off or what
happened to his body.  Some of them think the bastard
is still alive and out there, trying to claw his way
out.  Others think he blew up in the cave.  The truth
is he still has one or two small weapon cache out
there in the hills for back up and he did survive.  He
used his ghost power to get out of the cave in and is
now looking to get his stock back up.  Well well
well... looks like the biggest stockpile of equipment
around lies in the hands of the hero's.  He just needs
to keep up with them and track them down now.  Then he
can go back to his reign of terror.

1 month later a party member woke up with all his
bullets in a smiley face (from another party member). 
It has been a joke since then but when it happened for
real later they still think it was another party
member who did it.
