Hmmm,
   Why do I have a nasty idea for an adventure where the party is trapped in a city where the abomination feeds off the fear and insanity caused when people don't sleep.  
    If you've ever read about what large amounts of sleep deprivation will do to people... heheheheheh....

     Just having fun, as time passes, and the party has to function with more and more penalties to both their rolls and their sanity...... Meanwhile it's coming for them....
