If that was the case, Templar would be able to call upon the saints, even
though many havn't even been born yet. Toxic shaman could call their
spirits before they were created, and hucksters in the weird west would
suffer the same penalties as hucksters in the wasted west.

I guess you could say that they are there, but they cannot affect a time
when they didn't exist. dunno. It's one of those weird paradoxy things.
