In "Last Crusaders," the Templar Sourcebook, they introduced the skill
Fightin': Florentine.  This works in conjunction with whatever melee weapon
you are using.  You must have levels in this as well as the other fightin'
concentration(s) you are gonna be using.  It gives you an option of hitting
one location on a raise or allowing the second weapon to also connect.
Additional raises can be  applied to Hit Location of either weapon as you
desire.  This ignores the off-hand penalty.  This is not 2 seperate attacks.
It is one attack by 2 weapons.  Called Shots are done by resolving the first
hit as usual (with penalty).  The second weapon hits a random area (but
moved by subsequent raises.)
