Charles Ryan used to when he was with Chameleon Ecletic (of Bablyon5 RPG 
fame), and Jason Middleton of Living Room Games does, but AFAIK Shane was 
doing it first :-)  I'm also on the prolific ShadowRN list for Shadowrun, 
and while game people have been known to post, usually its one of the 
writers as opposed to the CEO of the company.  All of these games have 
done well (apart from the B5 rpg, but I think that was a case of a game 
before its time - it would have fitted right into GURPS or D20, IMHO if it 
was launched now.  People respect good customer service (mainly 'cause its 
damn hard to find :-) and I think that shows on this list.  I'll stop 
before I get all blubbery....:-)
