[HOE] Deadlands HoE RTS

Anyone every play a game called 'Tribal Rage'?  It was made by Talonsoft.  5$ at a discount games place.

   It was a RTS game that took place on a post apocalyptic Earth and the sides were Bikers, Cyborgs, Enforcers, Amazons, Hillbillies, and (my fave) Death Cult.  

    I got some good ideas for my HoE game from it (Doomsayers in luxury cars with Toxic gas cannons, just seemed to fit), and it may be worth a look to avoid making the same mistakes they made.
