Re: [HOE] Help

Try good mystery adventures, such as Urban Renewal (I know, a shameless plug
for Shane and the guys and gals.) Mysteries are a great way of keeping your
posse from becoming combat gods, to use your own words. The biggest trick
is learning how to balance difficulty of combat with chip rewards. My posse
averages 3 white an a red per session, so they have to save a while before
they get really good. Then again, I have exceptional players who think
their way through any given situation and try to come up with a way to tilt
the odds in their favor. Each posse is different. The catch lies in
figuring out the balance. My recommendation is to start with the mysteries,
maybe a haunted "house" or two (substitute any building for house), and keep
combat encounters low.
