[HOE] Telekinesis Question

Excuse me if this has come up before but I have a question concerning
conflicting information.

In Brainburners under the power description for Telekinesis is says, "A
syker's Strength with telekinesis is equal to his Spirit, plus +1 step for
every raise achieved on the blastin' roll."

Now, in the FAQ in Epitaph 2 (page 30) it has this Q&A, "The telekinesis
power says that a syker can lift an amount as if his Knowledge were
Strength, getting a +2 to the die type for each raise on his blastin' roll."

So, which one is it? Knowledge or Strength?
And if it is Knowledge instead of Spirit, which one determines the Pace of
the item you're trying to move?
