Their are pretty witches, then there's the other kind. At least she's got personality. When a witch takes this edge, she gets saddled with the 3-point Ugly as Sin hindrance. However, she gets to raise her Knowledge and 
Spirit by a level.

  Just checking on this but do you mean the Know and Spirt die is increased 1 lvl including to d12+?  I would think that could be quite powerful since normally starting with a d12+2 stat is quite good.
  Since it seems like you are getting 2 stat increases with only a -3 Hindrance this puts it on par with something like the supersoldier Edge.
