YUMA VILLAGE, ARIZONA- Judge Fargo, a venerable Law Dog, is looking to form
up a posse for the purpose of uncovering the murderer of Professor Cathode,
an emissary of the mysterious Junker organization known as the Chamber. The
victim was discovered dismembered on the old Spacewarp movie set located a
day’s walk northwest of the village. The mutie population reported in a
previous issue of the Librarian’s Almanac has not been sighted for nearly a
week. Fargo is looking for wasters with impressive tracking abilities.

TEXARKANA BAZAAR, TEXAS- Emmanuel McCain, one of the wealthiest Trader
Barons in the community, is offering a fully reconditioned ambulance to the
wasters that can recover his stolen statue of Athena. Discovered missing
from the Baron’s residence last night the statue is a family heirloom cast
from bronze and standing three feet in height.
