It almost sounds like one of those commercials you see on TV for new
drugs:

"Side effects may include dizziness, headache, cramping, loss of
appetite, high blood pressure, sexual misfunction, and nausea, not
unlike a sugar pill"

All you need is to put "not unlike a sugar pill" at the end you have got
yourself a marketable item.  ;)
