Well if they're REALLY not getting it you could fudge things and have
Comsat pop up another commercial with "Guy Smiley"-type gameshow host that
asks the audience: "Can you figure out the missing piece of this puzzle?
If so, call now!" Or some such thing.

If they still don't get then just forget, they're probably wouldn't make
it through the rest of the adventure anyway ;)
