Thanks for the quick reponse guys.

It was my understanding that Biomechanics was only used for
cyber-parts such as limbs, skulls etc. But I could see how Marshals
would require it as a precursor to Soul Tap creation even if it is not
used. I personally was leaning towards Spirit Trap, although I've had
other people suggest that Spirit Trap should be combined with anything
from Spirit Weapon to Shield to Reactor. I'm interested in other
people's suggestions.

Another question along the same line, has anyone seen any good house
rules for dealing with stability in a Soul Tap. When discussing it
with my Marshal we had a feeling that this was some pretty hardcore
melding with the Scrappers spirit, and instability would suck even
more than usual.
