Depending on what you have in the group, have some real fun with them.
Import a few fun things from weird west
My personal favorite is the poor, sweet, innocent, and defencelss
jackolope. Or if they're getting a little to big for their britches, sned
the good ol' Los Diablos after them. Have most of the gear infected by
gremlins.Or start to assign some nasty hindrances to them, say Grim Servant
of Death. If they've "gone to the Dark Side", send a group of Templars after
them.

I take it you haven't really taken a look at our good friend Mister
Stone. You know, the guy so scary the demon keeping him alive is afraid of
him. Send him to have a chat with the power mad characters.

Me personally, I tried to tailor most of my adventures to one player at a
time. That way, everyone got tot be in the spotlight at one time or
another. They always seemed to like it.

Hope it helps
