Yeah, it's either in the mainbook or Waste Warriors. I don't like that
though because it's essentially giving the attacker a free attack (you
have a 10, he's got an 8. You try to run on 10, fail and he hits you. Now
8 comes along and he gets to hit you AGAIN). Sure you're risking it by
turning and running, but just because you try to run doesn't mean that
your opponent suddenly becomes faster (getting an extra attack).
