Note about the money for DL books:  Now, I wasn't begrudging the cost of all
those books, I was just saying "What, DL book collecting isn't expensive
already?" to someone's "Let's keep the amount of sourcebooks down before it
gets expensive..."

I'd have to say after reading all the pros & cons about the new Epitaph
format for new stuff that it is probably for the better.  I remember when
Traveller had a magazine come out called Journal of the Travellers' Aid
Society or some such--the Epitaph is essentially the same thing.  Hmmm,
Shane, would it be cheaper to publish the Epitaph in a magazine format
rather than a soft covered book format?  Kind of make it a "Dragon" magazine
devoted to DL et. al.  Give you the leeway to publish those extras that
couldn't make its own book, but keep the cost down so that more folks would
be more inclined to buy it.
