I'd say you could wing rules on having 2 bucket seats and a bench.  Say a 
Bench takes 1/2 the space and can fit two people if A) They don't mind being 
a little friendly or B) They were Circus clowns before the war.

Although with 4 people crammed in the car, I would probably rule for some 
possible Strut damage.

The best way I have found for a good Junker made sports car, is to make it 
more like a 70's Muscle car then an 80/90's streamlined speed machine.
