RE: [HOE] Double Taps



Ah.  See, this is the same as a friend of mine suggested.  However,
double-taps are for semi-automatic weapons, yet double-action pistols,
like a peacemaker from the weird west, operate under the 2-shot rule,
and the Deadlands Revised book says they are 2 separate shots.  This is
the reason I thought double-taps might apply to both shots of a ROF 2
weapon.

That's right.  A gun that has a ROF of 2 can double-tap; that's why they
have ROF 2 in the first place.  It doesn't mean you can double-tap for
four
rounds, it means that if your gun has ROF 2 instead of ROF 1, then you
use
double-tap rules if you wish to fire two rounds.  Seems pretty simple to
me.
