Well I picked up a copy this weekend. and here are my thoughts

Good Writing, Good maps, Okay new info.  I feel there really trying to push 
for the Unity to reveal all the big secrets...which is okay.

Its a good book for G.M.'s but not much useful player info. At least not 
rules related info.

I haven't read the adventure so I can't comment on that yet

I have one thought but I need to add some space

I do find one thing kinda funny.  There are several fake famouse people 
named who are obviously based on real people. the leader of the head cases 
Bryce Cambdon, Micah Flaxton and The 112 year old Gamming Godfather Shawn 
Hanson(I wonder if his middle name is Larry or something).  But in all that 
They still put in a Cyborg Wayne Newton.  I wonder if PEG had to get 
permission to put his name in?
