[HOE] Boise Horror Question (Spoilers)

Ok. So let's say your posse beats the Boise Horror. Then, the group's 
tale-teller goes to Boise and tells everyone about it's defeat (editing it 
where Jo and the Iron Alliance asks them to, of course), gets a high 
tale-tellin' roll, and suceeds in lowering the Fear Level. That would put 
Boise down to Level 2. Would that make it no longer a Deadland, and snuff out 
the Ghost Rock storm or what?
