[HOE] Question about swordfighting...

A question came up that i was wondering about...

You get a negitive for for called shots with guns, because it is harder to 
aim to that exact spot.  Now is it the same for the modifer for a called shot 
with a sword/other melee weapons? cause you do get the +2 on the hit location 
chart, so would that mean you also get a bonus to the modifer to hit, in lets 
say the head? 
Example-----Called shot to head -6
            With a melee weapon would it then be -4? because of the +2 to hit 
location? just curious..

Also another quick tidbit, 

If a former character had a FAITHFUL pet, like a dog, then became harrowed, 
how would the dog react?  What if the character was a infiltrator cyborg??
