I don't think harrowed have much in the way of body temperature.  The
harrowed might not realize this himself, mind you, but that's
because...well, they're in their own body the whole time.  I mean, after you
wake up from being "dead", chances are you're not going to really notice
that your body temperature's changed much.  OTHER people might notice it,
now.

The precedent for this is that it explicitly states that zombies don't show
up on thermographic scans.  A zombie and a harrowed are only seperated by a
degree of sophistication.  Also, I don't recall the manitou going out of its
way to disguise the nature of the harrowed.  Most people aren't going to be
scanning everyone they meet with infrared goggles anyway.
